well....it guess its subjective on the SQ since both of them are know for SQ, and the mag is rated at 900 wrms while the XXX is 1600 wrms....so we'll never really know since my mags were sealed on about 2000 wrms and my XXX's will be ported with about 4000 wrms.....

the xxx's are known to get very loud while sounding good....the mags are known for getting very loud while sounding good......so toss up

i prefer the mag.

my friend has the xxx 15 on 1200 watts from pg tantrum 1200.1 and to the ear my Mag was louder getting 1000 from a crossfire vr1000d. But if you have 1500+ watts the xxx really shines. Remember it is rated at 1600 rms.
