ok i'll start by saying that i am physically handicapped and have a handicap plate through the state. i have a knee condition where the cartilidge and bone are deterioriating, same type of condition that magglio ordonez has/had. anyways one day i come to campus, and they have very few handicapped spots and all were filled, and alot were filled by cars with no stickers or handicap plates. so we have 3 long parking lots in front of the building. at the end there is some grass and then woods. every spot was full so i parked on the grass like a lot of other students do. well i get out of class and there is a ticket on my windsheild for parking on the lawn. it really wasn't a lawn because there was mud and leaves all over it. anyways i immediately appeal it. i explain my case to the lead officer person or whatever the hell she is, and explain to her about the inadequate handicapped parking lot. well she totally blew me off. my dad gets free representation through work so we talked to a lawyer and he sent the school a letter about how we were gonna file a lawsuit if the school doesn't fix the handicapped situation. today i get a message saying my appeal has been accecpted and the fine has been dropped //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

It's not surprising to hear they initially blew you off, they just couldn't give a **** about the word of a teenager. And thats why we have lawyers who write nasty letters to the assclowns at organizations like the school district.

according to a few doctors it's something that won't get better. now i don't normally park in handicapped spaces because my condition isn't that bad, but walking long distances sometimes is a pain on my knee, but when the school only offer 4 handicapped spaces and 3 of them are taken by non handicapped people and i'm forced to park all the way at the end, that wasn't the problem, it was getting a ticket because the school doesn't have enough parking, so that's why i played the handicapped card

I hate people who park in the handicap spots if they dont have the sticker or w/e. It pisses me off, cuse I see people pull up right in front of my face and just park there, than stay there for like 2 hours. And cops drive by and dont give a crap. I'm not handicap in anyway (that i know off), but it's just one of those things u dont do. GJ on what u did, u should tell them since they're giving tickets to people who park on the lawn cuse there's no where else to park they might as well check the handicap parkers on the way.

it stemed from a high school football injury. tore my acl and in the surgerys to follow, they noticed this condition. i don't have the money that magglio has so i can't go to europe and get all kinds of treatments and surgerys. doctors say by the time i'm 30 i may need a knee replacement
