hear the recording of him calling you in for speeding

and you and your friend get your story straight.

proof of clean driving record from the DMV

you should have a good chance of beating it.

oh and btw he never did clock me, thats the thing, he said he was going 60 to catch up to me.... like i said that doesnt mean shit about how fast i was going and i just saw a car catching up to me.... so obviously i wasnt going anywhere near 60 even if i had been speeding, but i wasnt. so im gonna ask for video and recording of when he called it in just like bones22 said.

Are you positive that when you first left work you weren't speeding? I know alot of people drive a little faster then they think they do...

A police officer does NOT have to show you the radar gun, but most police cars when they turn there lights on, it turns on the camera...if he didn't turn his lights on until yo were stopped getting ready to turn in.

Then you could probobly get out of it...but the thing is if you get out it and make this cop look like a douche, then he's gonna remember your face, and next time he'll find a small driving mistake and pile on all he can

had a cop pull me over once and even though he didnt write a ticket he lied his way into making me admit to not having my seat belt on. I put it on as he was pulling me over and when he came to the car I lied about not having it on, he said he had saw me about a mile or 2 down the road and I didnt have it on so I fessed up and he let me go, after he left I remebered when I rode past where he claimed to see me I had my system loud as shit and you could hear it for 2-3 blocks so there was no way he saw me where he said he did:furious:.

Bad thing is you have to tell the cops the truth or its obstruction of justice but they can lie their ***** off to you and theres no penalty for that:verymad:

anyone is going to question that

not to mention a cop HAS to have lights and siren on to be going 60 in a 30

they have rules and laws to follow to

not sure about Springfeild, but this one was doing over 100 when he hit them with no lights and sirens

im gonna be here for 2-3 months tops. i have no problem with discrediting him. i'll just be even more careful and maybe keep a camera with ME at all times. and correct, i was already slowing down to make the turn, as i said before, it was slightly wet, although he said it was raining. so i was driving slower as it is... this turn i was about to take, it banks off of the road, drops about 15-20 feet VERY quickly before leveling it out (i was actually coming up that hill when i burned up the clutch in my nissan, its that steep)

i am positive. i hadnt worked that night. we were just hanging out cause we're the only ones that are noramlly up at that time. this was less than a mile from my house. we had just turned on that road about a half mile ago and were about to turn off... so there is no logical reason for me to go 60....

Traffic tix = revenue for the city. End of story.
That's why around here they're putting up what we call "Scam Cams." The cameras that take you pic when you run a red light or speed through an intersection. It's total B. S. Worst part is, it's not even an American company.

All I can say is if an ambulance is trying to get past me at a red light, he'll have to wait till the light changes. My brother-in-law got a ticket for running a light when he pulled up to let the ambulance through. F that.

So you can either pay it, or lose two days pay going to court over it. Then you may still lose. And as a professional driver I can't afford to have ANY black marks on my record. I've been driving since I was 11 years old and I only have ONE speeding ticket from 2002.

There's a reason the judge will often give you the option of paying the ticket without having it on your record. IT'S A SCAM.

Thats hard to believe considering they go through and check speeds and they take multiple pics when it happens...

Here they go through a company out of boston and they go through every ticket, and then they get passed back here and they go through them locally..

exactly. he was still at LEAST 150 feet behind me when he turned on the lights... i think he just wanted to try and get me before i left city limits and got into the next city...
