I need wire reducers

I pulled my 3/0 weld wire out of my amp to shorten it up now i cant get it back without cutting too much off and literally ripped the skin off my fingers twisting the wire..

cut off where it mushroomed and restrip it, i usually just use a piece of heatshrink or tape if i cut off too much and there's wire exposed

That was exactly the problem i was having, the wire mushroomed at the end i think because i was using dullass wire cutters and just smashed up the wire trying to cut it before i eventually got it cut. Even took a hack saw..irritated the ffck outta me.

Im looking to buy reducers but can't decide on which ones will do..and, without waiting for ever on shipping. All i can find are these...
