Alrigh Alrigh, My Situtation Is That I'm Lookin For A Clean Sounding System For My Cadillac Escalade. I've Got Some Pretty Decent Stock Bose Components That I'd Like To Keep. Anyways, My Dilemna Comes With Choosing The Sub. Since I'm Not Taking Out My Third Row, I Don't Have Too Many Options Since Space Is An Issue. I'm Way Past The Whole Bass Bumping Thang that rattles houses as you go down the street. I'm Going For More Sq To Compliment My Future Movie Watching On Tvs At The Same Time Get Some Coo *** Sound That Still Hears The Vocals For My Music. O Yeah, I'm Also Thinking About Going Stealth By Fitting 2 10" Subs Under My Backseat. Or, Maybe Just 1 10" Sub In My Center Console. So Anyways, I'm A Newb And So Far I've Read Some Crazy *** Reviews. You Guys Sure Seem Like You Guys Know Wats Good. I Was Thinking About Going With The Typical 1 10" Jlw6v2 But Started To Read Some Of The Threads On This Forum And Realized That They Are Overpriced! Basically, I'm Lookin For The Best Sound Quality In Either 1-2 10" Or 1 12" Sub setup. So Far I Like Wat I Hear From Adire, Image Dynamics, And All Those Other Internet Brands. if you are looking for a sub that is really shallow check out the planet audio "neo" subs they are incredibly thin, and in the 150-170 range the excelon sub is good, the diamond CM3 is also nice

Get a used Elemental Designs 12A flat cone. Increadable sound quality, style, and output in a small box (1ft^3). If you can find one you won't be disappointed.

Anyways................the Koda10 or Creative Sounds SX10 (almost exactly the same as the Koda) would fit your needs well.

As would an Image Dynamics IDv2 or IDQ for more SQ oriented. The IDMax would be great too, sound just as good as the other two but with more output.

Also look into the OZ Matrix Elite (comparable to the IDMax)

Okay okay, I'm interested in the Koda10s since they are pretty new and seem to be getting good reviews. What about Image dynamics IDQ series, I noticed the price on them is very affordable on ebay ($100-10"), or what the hell, I'm not shady with it, is the IDMAX worth it? Which one guys???
