I need to tune this box to around 35 hz.

1.75 net, no pics, its not built yet, I'm in the design process now. I'm using 2 4 inch ROUND ports, and I'm coming up with a length between 27 and 29 inches. How close am I? What about a 30 hz tune? I'm getting between 38 and 40 inches for that. Thanks in advance guys.
