I need specs/worth for a Cadence Shockwave amp and Sherwood amp

If anyone has any info on either of these please help me out here haha. First is a Cadence Shockwave Series A2000+ and the second is a Sherwood XA-5250. Specs or price range of what they are worth? because I don't need either of them.....
