I am searching for someone who has a good and powerful test set up that they either own or have access to. I need to be able to test a wire for a 12-16v 200+ amp (that is the kicker) load.

just follow the rating chart. but if you do prefer to test the wire, be sure to test with the actual length you plan to use as the length greatly affects how many amps it can handle.
