Thats a pretty good looking setup. Deff see if ur bro can get ya an amp that will do about 500watts rms @ 1ohm since ur subs will have dual 4 ohm voice coils. It depends on a lot of things. in your case, you have 2 dual voice coil subwoofers that are 4ohms each which means you have 4-4 ohm voice coils. When you wire the hot from each vc to the next one and then to the amp, it will give u a one ohm load to the amp. Since each od these subs can handle 250 watts, you need a 500 watt amp to match it. (250 + 250). Anything that can do 500 watts at one ohm. Also look at the RMS for subs, speakes, and amps. The max rating is just for marketing corps to sucker punch someone who doesnt noe ne better.
