I need some help

i have a 98 taurus and i cant get the rear 6x8's out because of this little wire harness that holds em in there i was jw if neone knows how to get that **** thing out if you know what im talking about

i always just cut the harness

i was just doin my install on it ...... it pops off just pull it like a *****.

There should be a lever of some sort to push down and the clip will pop out. If you're not talking about the harness at the actual speaker, then what you may mean is that the wire lead is too tight to get any slack on it to release it. There should be a clip downstream of the speaker that is wrapped around the wire and connect to a hole in the rear deck possibly, acting as a support. This should just pull out of the metal deck to give you the required slack to unclip the speaker.
