i need some help here

okay im going from my batt to distroblock with 0g and then distro to4channel amp with 4awg and 4awg to my subamp

im going with all knu stuff cuz local shop wants 200+ for all stinger shit.

i need 20' power wire 0g

10' of 4awg to come from distro to amps (5 feet each)

a distroblock (idk which one help me)

if i get a fuse in the distroblock i wont need to fuse it at the battery, right?

true, but i like to use as many fuses as possible, just to be safe. but in my current setup, the only fuses i have are in the amps. i only blow inline fuses, and i rely on my local amp repair person to help if something goes wrong, so really its all up to you

Fuse or circuit breaker is a must. Place either about 18" from the battery.

Looks like your going to pull some seriouse wattage so I would suggest upgrading the Chasis ground, alternator to batter cable and get a better battery.

well the dude at the shop says he can give me a distro with 2 fuses holders in it and its a nice peice for 50$ so im thinkin thats worth it instead of 25$distro + a fuseblock. its made by stinger and all chrome looks sweet

Most people on here would tell you to get the 0ga distro up front and then the 4ga in the back, since thats what you are running. Why take the chance.....

wut do u mean get 2 distros?

batt -> 0g -> distro -> two 4g outs... the distro has 2 fuses in it 1 for each power amount. one will need to handle 1000w and the other 400.

Yes, get a 0ga distro for under the hood and then run that to a 0-2/4ga distro that splits to go to both amps.

you need:

1 anl fuse holder under the hood. this is a must.

1 fused distribution block to split power cables to 2 amps.

1 distribution block for ground

0awg power and ground wire

4awg power and ground wire
