Sub re coned now......WITH PICS!!

I have a 15" sub that I am ready to recone. I need the glue to do it though. Every company tells me that their glue is right. They have told me everything from white glue brown glue ruberized ca to a special epoxy. The recone kit is all assembled already. I need to glue kit to frame now and dust cap on. The speaker has the 12 spoke cast basket and the sub uses a rubber surround. Please help me find the glue i need. This is the last recone for this sub if i do it wrong im screwed! Thanx

CA glue is what most people use for recones, I use it and swear by it. Haven't really tried a lot of other things besides CA so i can't compare it to much.

Just use the Loctite epoxy that Walmart sells. You screw on the tip and it mixes right in the syringe. Works great.

Telling you, go get 2 tubes of the Loctite 15 minute epoxy.

Comes in a Red/Blue squeezy syringe package.

Don't fool with the CA glue, you'll have to order it..and odds are you will mess up if you have never used it before.

Epoxy is hard to mess up.
