hahaha. the associate on the board is banned at the moment. you may need to wait about 5 years until you get it fixed.

or find polecat on other forums and talk to him, he doesnt visit this one much. youll figure out why soon enough

Call them and get a RA# then send it in. They are pretty reasonable and will do it correctly
