i need help with my jvc radio!

so i was driving, happily, with my cd, but it was skipping so i took it out && cleaned it etc. well, when i put it back it made a noise and wouldnt let me put the cd in. it still wont let me put cds in, and its not a problem witht he face, its something internal. i have a 96 toyota corolla && the radio is a jvc KD-S680. i dont know how to fix it at all! please help!
