I need help with a setup!

I am looking to buy a system for less than 700 dollars (Including speakers and amp not including box. I will build my own) I am wanting two 12"s and a good solid amp. I also want something a little better than what I had before in my car which was 2 Rockford Fosgate P3D412's and a Boss Audio CX3500D amp. It sounded pretty good but I want something just a little bit better than that.

Here is a list of the top 5 12" subwoofers and amps that I would consider buying. I need anyones advice or info on what they think I should go with. You can combine any of the 5 Subs or Amps for whatever you think would be best. I appreciate all of your help!

Subwoofers(2):

IMO most of those subs would be "wasted" on those amps.... You looking to only buy new or is used an option?

some AQ SDC2.512's and an AQ1200D would be a decent match... I just threw a set of SDC 10" in my uncles car on an AP1500.1 and it sounds NICE, even in a sealed box on little wattage it is pretty **** impressive... The HDC312's have my vote for the subwoofers but again I think you would need a solid 2Kw rms+ for them....

um drop the lanzar and JL, and that boss probably wasnt even puttin out what it was rated. the best amp i probably see on your list is the aq along with the aq HDC.

well..I need what you think would be best then for under 700 dollars..just try and include as much of what ive listed as possible..im open for anything..I dont know a whole lot about subs so anything that youve got. shoot.

Can anyone back the "This" and "These" up? Ive never heard of this company before. Give me more details please. KEEP IN MIND: I want something better than what I posted up top..that doesnt look better than what I had..but i could be wrong. Seeming as I know hardly anything about subs and amps.

Not sure what SQL and SPL means..but i would like to stick with 2 12"s but I will listen to any opinions. I just want something better than what I had but within my budget range.

SPL is "Sound Pressure"

SPL is basicaly just wanting something LOUD! something that will just beat the piss out of your head when you are listening to it. If you are going for LOUD, than an HDC315 and AQ2200D in 4.5ft^3 @ 36-38 HZ would be like night and day difference from what you had... If you want SQL then I need ot leave because that is something I know very little about. Please don't say you want both, that never ends well

I want something that will make someones ear fall off when they get into my car(SPL). BTW not sure if it matters but this setup will be going into a 2004 Chevy Malibu.

How much room you have for a box will also help determine your setup... so may be post the gross cubic feet you have to work with and people will chime in... Seeing you say SPL automaticaly makes me say HDC15 and 2200D. I STILL miss my HDC315/VX2200D setup, local shop owners car was roughly 3dB loud (3-12"s and twice the power) but him and everyone else agreed that my hurt much more! it was 4.5ft^3 @ 40hz with the VX2200D running at 1ohm. My next setup will be AQ again....

im not sure how to do all that but..whenever i build my box if anyone has any opinions or estimates or whatever they are for measurements for my box id appreciate it.

Is there another amp thats almost just as good than the AQ2200D..they are kind of costly..and whatever you say will it be better than the Boss Audio ones I had? Im either going to get 2 HDC312's, 1 HDC315 or 2 Orion HP12D4's.

That amp is kind of costly though.

also if anyone has any recommendations on boxes or anything? or should I build my own?
