I need help tuning my amp

Im running 2 12" dual 4 ohm subs( Ed 12 O series) my amp is a Rockford Fosgate Power 551 S, there is a nob on the amp for tuning that ranges from 50-250, Where should that be?, and where should i set my crossovers at, LP HP or AP?

thanks man...it definitely sounds cleaner (by ear of course) on a lower frequency, the nob wont actually turn all the way down to 50 but at the lowest point it sounds the best

i find i usually end up crossing my subs over at 80 Hz...but Jmac is right, wherever it sounds right is going to be where it ends up.
