I sent back a amplifier 5.5 months ago for RMA and 4.5 in a filed a complaint with the BBB. In the complaint I have said they take off their serial numbers which they have told me they do so they can send back whatever they want to the manufacture and it makes a pain to get repairs. Anyways so near the end of the deadline they respond saying I did not have a serial number so I must of sent back something I didn't buy. So what am I asking for ....I need proof if you guys could share similar experiences with techronics ... google has provided me with some but not much please help.
