my first time fiberglassing. its been a pain in the *** for me, i hate not having the right tools

anyways heres some pics, i still have a lot of body filler work to do. but i dont have time, so this is how its going to SBN //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

and w/ no fiberglass. the door "pods" are attached directly to the door. the fiberglassed part only covers it as a "beauty panel". otherwise i felt it would be too heavy for it to be glassed to the actual door panel. S10 door panels are thin and flimsy as shit.

let me know how much you hate them, thanks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

ok, resized.

underneath of the two middle speakers ill probably put a Sundown Audio logo there, idk yet, still want to do the bondo to see if im keeping them or not. might scrap the idea and just stick with a pair of 6.5"s in the doors and a pair in the kick panels.

they are loud as fawk though, almost too loud. but sound WAY cleaner than the Dayton PA165's they replaced.

they are the Volcano Audio 5" mids btw, the kind that slapmaster is putting in his van, except he has like 40 of them lol.. i bought 26, cat chewed up 2 of them (paper cones). sold 8 of them, so im left with 16.

right now they are running at 2.66 ohms on the back 2 channels of my sax100.4, but i plan on getting a larger 2 channel and run 8 per side, giving me a 2 ohm load per side. (single 4 ohm btw.)

Cody i could've put in power windows in that s10 to make the door panels look better and ease of access for the windows...just hit me up and we can schedule an appointment.
ok cool, i was trying to stay on the cheap cheap though this time. im sure once i get the hang of the glass, a LOT better will come. my buddy just put power in his doors, he got the SPAL kit, $150 iirc. might do that in the future.

what kind of a price could you do it for?
