I need help. subwoffer not getting enought power

The amp im using is a Pinoeer(wrong spell sry) GM-H44.

on the back of the amp it says

25wattsX4

80wattsX2

i only have a 450 watts subwoffer hooked to it. but for some reason it's not getting power. i only get little sounds from the sub. i can barly hear it. im using 225 watts wire thats enought for my amp. i bought a kit withc came with all the wires and im pretty sure it's hooked up right. But i dunno y it's not getting enought power to the sub. anyone know y?

my friend wired it but batter to amp. ground to a bolt under the seat.
