hey, im the guy coledawg was refeering to and i figured that the best thing to do is get the problem fixed, in your case try to cut your connection to the store as quickly as possible... meaning tell them you want your money back, no store credit so you don't feel obligated to deal with them again. once you are completely settled then find a new store or try it yourself. BS on the "safety hazard" and "cant see his system" sht. I no for a fact you can be on site. during the install/ removal process, but your right, dont piss them off too bad so your car has the best chance of coming out of this unscathed.
