Do i have a dual voice coil sub?

hey i just got a sub off craigslist and it has 2 sets of posative and negative wires, would this make it a dual voice coil sub? If it helps its a 10" Dub magquad i couldn't find any info on the company online,

it has another one of those blue pieces for wires exactly like the one in the pic on the other side,

paid 20 bucks, its supposed to be a 700peak sub so yeah i wouldn't expect more than 300rms,

i don't plan on blastin the thing anyway, i just want a little better bass response in my car, sub seemed the logical way to go, but I don't want overpowering bass, just good sound, so i'm not concerned with huge power handling, but thanks for the info

edit: just checked that link said 600w max the guy had said he thought 700 but w/e i don't really care, if i decide i like having a sub but this one sucks i can always upgrade... it was only 20 bucks

dont go by peak it doesnt mean anything. if you need help wiring it up lmk i can draw u a diagram to show u cause i doubt u know how to wire in paralel no offense

none taken but actually i do know how to wire things, i may sound like an idiot on here since i know jack about subs , but I've done plenty of wiring on my own little projects and i was gonna be an engineering major, but that didn't pan out.

so, you can wire it, just not know it's dvc.
