Ok so yesterday i bought ( i already know i got ripped off) a alpine mrp m650 mono amp, boston acoustics g312-44 and a custom box for my lexus is 250.. ( i paid $988)sooo when they are done i get home and take a better look with the trunk open.. the sub was making this insane noise never heard anything like it so i rush back.. they replace the sub... still the same noise... so they tell me to come back in the morning and they will replace the amp and upgrade it for free.. well it still made the noise and they said it was normal.. i disagree.. so i took it to another place that i know is reputable.. he said, "not only did they give me a less powerfull amp, built the box incorrectly, and turned the power all the way up so that even on level 1 and 2 it sounded like it was going to blow the roof off" they also didnt install the controll that i paid for... Right now i am really not sure what to do.. i want my money back and he said he would give it to me.. but at this point they have screwed me over so many times that i am afraid they will mess my car up being careless or intentionally. what do you think i should do.. i love my car its brand new and now i feel like im taking a huge risk letting some guy work on it that is pissed off at me....helppppppp please

for future reference, when theirs something im interested in for exsample an amp i google it and get as much info on it theirs lots of sights that have customer reviews and ratings, from their if im still interested i google it some more to find the best price, warranty, etc... from their if they meet my requirements i then buy it and of course install it myself. Sorry to say but you have to man up aboult it cause the way your sounding their just gonna keep burning you. go back but this time go with a I just killed 5 people face and tell them with a gangster tone "i want my money back asap" try using a scarface accent
