I have 2 12" 12W0V3 JL Audio subs

I need help on what kind of amp to get, I had a memphis amp rated at 500Watts continuous RMS before, even that wasn't powerful enough for them, I'm trying to buy something this week I just do not know what to buy. I appreciate any help.

Get an amp that can do around 800 - 1000 watts at 2 ohm. I'm saying 2 ohm because I'm pretty sure there's a way to wire two Single Voice Coil 4 ohm subs to 2 ohm. I'm gonna be real and say I don't know much about what amp brand to go with but people here will help soon. Just remember certain amps don't put out what they say they do.

I'm trying to spend under $250, think we could find something in that price range, I want a decent amp. I appreciate the help guys. $300 is currently my max, I just want my subs again I miss hearing them.

What enclosure/box are these subs in? If you have them in a small sealed enclosure and you want it loud your better choice is a custom ported enclosure.

i maybe wrong but aren't the w0s like 150-300 rms. a nice ported would be my first choice before dropping off $2-300 on a new amp.

The box was custom built by a shop it's ported, and they're 300 RMS each from what I was told at purchase.

That amp you have is more than enough for those. Something else is wrong.
