ARC KS 300.2 or jl slash 300/2..ARC KS 1000.1 or jl XD 600/1?

for 300 i will be pushing jl audio C5-653.for sub amp will be pushing 12w6 in sealed box,but might go to 10w7 eventually(what do yall think about the 10w7 compared to the 12w6.i like hard hitting kickdrum type bass like you get with lets say a song like ac/dc back in black.i dont like the boomy bass just tight..of course if the 1000.1 is best choice i will turn gain down.but i will have plenty of headroom and wont be pushing amp very hard.i don't have any exp. with ARC but keep hearing from so many people the component amp has such a warm sound compared to others.i read that they actually convert there digital signal into a analog to reproduce that old school warm sound.similar to those audiophiles that spend a ton of money to use tube amplifiers to get that natural warm sound.thank you very much for your help.whatever your opinion would you please tell me why you are picking one over the other in detail.thanks.
