I Need Help For My Amps!!!!

Ok i have 2 amps, a kicker zx 400.1 mono channel and 4 channel jensen 400 watts. I have 2 12'' subs that im going to connect the amps too. Well first of all the kicker has an output jack and i was wondering if the i could use RCA cables to connect it to the Jensen, If I can whats the purpose of it like is there any gain from it? Then would i have to run separate power and remote cables for each amp?? (fyi: i already have the kicker amp hooked up)

another thing i want to add, is that i want one sub per amp.

You're going to power one sub with a class a/b 4-channel amp and the other with a class d mono, why?

one of the subs is a kicker comp which im gonna power with the the kicker amp. and the other is a planet audio sub, i just got the planet audio sub and jensen amp for free yesterday from a friend who didnt want them. I started out with a pair of kicker comps but i blew one of them so i had a single spot with no sub. So when i put the kicker sub and planet audio sub to the kicker amp there was hardly any bass comin from the both of them. But when i just used one sub to the kicker amp it sounded pretty good. So to answer your question, i had them layin around and i wanted to put the both of them to use.

should be able to run both off the 400.1 . You may just have one of the subs wired backwards.

two different subs? fail... but if you must do it that way run both off one amp its so much easier and less able to fvck up

either or. doesnt matter.

what subs and are you sure they are 8ohm svc

ones a kicker comp and the other is a planet audio, not sure of the ohms for the planet audio but the kicker is 4 ohm for sure
