Just bought a kenwood stereo for my 1994 toyota corolla, never installed one before wish I could. I would really appreciate it someone could help understand how I connect the wires and "what" to "what" .

Have you bothered to read the instructions yet? Should come with an easy to follow instruction manual.

sometimes they'll put the labels for the wires ontop of the headunit, then go to your local car audio shop and get a wiring harness for your car, read the bag it comes in, and match everything together.

go to walmart or circuit city or best buy... buy a toyota wiring harness... now... take the harness from the kenwood... strip all the wires... and strip the wires on the plug you bought and match the colors together... anything that doesn't have a match tape it up... solder... or crimp the wires with connectors... now go plug that into the wiring harness in the car... take the brackets off the factory radio... and mount them on the side of the kenwood radio with the screws that came with the new radio... and remount the radio

well I bought the harness but that isn't helping me much cause whoever had the car before me also had a kenwood stereo in and what should I do with those wires?

If there is already a Kenwood wiring harness behind your dash see if it will plug into your current deck and all the features work correctly. The previous owner may have done you a favor without knowing it. Plug it in to your deck. Kenwood harnesses are interchangeable.
