i need help asap please

i Installed my amp in my car today (alpine mrv-f545) and the sound, sounds shity, until i touch the ends of the rca cables then everything sounds bad ***. i have expensive rca cables ( new) and i tried old ones to same thing. it any one knows whats going on, help. thanks

sounds like you might have a cracked solder joint on the pc board of the amp. If you have any kinda solder skills and know what you're lookin for it's an easy fix.
