i need direct x 10!

i want to DL direct x 10.0 but the validation thing wont work for my computer for some reason when i try to use it and my copy IS legal.

does rainbox six vegas come with dx10? or is there another way i can get it other then the ms site?

DX10 only works in Vista.

(It uses Vista's DRM in validating DX10.)

You cant download it and use it in Win XP.

That is retarded .. why do these companies HAVE to make us build new computers and HAVE to buy windows Vista .. Windows Vista sucks IMO .. i think that DX10 should be available to Windows XP and up ..

i got everything BUT vista that sucks man. i got a new geforce 8600 xfx and i wanted to run dx10 but whatever i guess ill have to get vista soon.
