i need clarification of terminology

im bored and ive been meaning to ask this...

in the FS/FT section i see "FEELER" alot, what does that mean

and

in a TON of posts, i "teh". at first i just thought it was supposed to be "the", but now i see it at least a couple times a day. what does it mean?

Feeler = Possibly selling depending on interest

teh = The

Feeler means they aren't sure they want to sell it, unless someone offers a bunch.

teh is an accident when typing the. you'll see it as a mistake or a joke sometimes.
