i need bassrace instructions

I know how to bassrace, but I remember seeing somewhere either here or on TP a real good post on how to bassrace and some tips etc...

start ur music when the women on the TL says set it will boost ur score ... and a bass knob actualy helps better then a volume knob.. and always play lil jon
