I need amp help

I have a 1000 watt explod amp that I am useing until I fix my alpine m1000. But when I hook this amp up, it makes the speakers kind of scratch. They try to bump but they wont. Is there a fix for this or is the amp blown?

Its putting power out but it just scratches, when I adjust my power lvl's it makes some noise to.
