I need amp help....

Ok so the amp I have been running is doing something funny.... It works fine at low volumes but as soon as I turn it up.... It quiets down.... Is it blown??? I took the shell off and the Board looks brand new... so I have no Idea whats wrong with it...

Any help would be great!!!
