i need advice with my immortal sub

im kind of new to this but i want to know what amp i should buy for my audiobahn 10'' immortal sub. it 3200watts max and 1500 watts rms. its a quad coil and on the audiobahn website it says its 0.5, 2, 4 ohms i dont really know much about ohms but i think that the less the ohms the better the bass. please tell me what amp to buy. i was thinking about buying the a2300hct but this amp is 2400 watts rms will i blow the sub.

It will if you run the gain on the amp all the way up. You could get the 1200 watt amp, and save some money.

The 1500 watts rms is what the sub can handle continuous. Audiobahn makes a 1200 d I think I would go with that.

Once everybody around here finds out your runnin audiobahn they're gonna flame you.

you only need 4-500 watts of clean power. it wont handle to much more than that...

yes, that Audiobahn is a pile of junk. I swapped out my Orion 2500d for an HCQ2300x or whatever it was and the diff was night and day. Get something a bit higher quality for the sub amp and you will be glad you did.
