As the title states. Im looking for a sub box for the trunk of my Volvo C70. I dont want anything real big, I would just use my 2 x12 JL box. Im looking for a small single driver box that can run with I think around 300watts rms .

1. Volume internal per driver or common chamber for 2?

2. Max external dimensions that will work in trunk.

3. What subwoofer are you gonna run?

for example a boston pro 10" wants in .5cubic feet sealed. kicker 10" L7 ported wants like 4 cubic feet. its not just about power and a "small driver"

Look into Image dynamics, Boston pro, kicker L7 Sealed and whatever others suggest to you.

Ok, I meant a sub in enclosure. or recommendation of sub. Its a pretty small trunk well too small for my 2x12 box. Im thinking of single 10 or 12. A sub that hits hard and good sq.

JUst looking for some recommendations is all. Im really a bad shopper for things like this. I have JL 12s they sounded good, yet alittle muddy. My amp is 100x2 max of 400rms. I dont have the manual for it. But its in mono, when it was hooked up to my 2x12 box.
