I need a network download monitor

Im looking for a network download monitor/bandwidth usage monitor to monitor my download speeds and such. Basically all i need it to tell me how many Mbs im downloading per hour/day so i dont go over 200mb an hour. I couldnt find any good programs to do what im looking for.
