I need a low budget 6.5" speaker

meh, pioneer are probably the best for factory recplacement with no amperage, at least for their price. like 40 dollars for a set of 2, and they sound just great off of 20 WRMS.

Yeah, I bought some $40? Pioneer 6.5" coaxes off ebay (blue cones) and ran them as rear fill off my 5500mp. They had more bass response than I would have figured and sounded decent enough, especially since I can't hear them w/the front amped speakers going at the same time:)

I was planning to only run them upfront in HP...which usually means the speaker

can take 2x(or more) the RMS power rating.........

I saw where the guy ran powerbase comps off his HU which would

seem to be underpowering them esp in HP vs Full

but the comps are rated the same RMS as the Coax's

so Im undecieded ,but I think in gonna get the comps for the kid...

BTW im in Memphis too Jeremy - WAZZUPPP
