Ok, I would want just one...would this 8" driver even stick out for mid bass or would my 2 SE 15s just make it unnoticable? I would but it in the middle of the truck in a box with its own amp...let me know

Not a good idea......not good at all. Midbass is in stereo, you would need two midbass drivers, and they'd need to be to the left and right of each person (i.e. don't buy two and then put them both in the middle of the car)

Yes, and a way to bandpass them (with an active crossover I'd presume).

If you are on a tight budget, then now definitely isn't the time to try to do this. You'll need another amp, and active xover and then the speakers, plus all the required extra wire for the new amp and new speakers.

Koda 8's are getting mixed reviews so far, as least the ones Ive seen. But they still interest me. Not enough to replace my IDQ 8's with them however. IDQ 8's make great midbass drivers, if you can find some used or NOS, as they are no longer made.
