i know that all the higher model poineers have 3 4 volt outs, and you can get the 7000 series for about 250- 300 bucks there are also a bunch more that have 3 outs, ill get back to you with some more models

Clarion is probably the best head unit for the price 259 on http://www.audio-warehouse.com/prod.asp?dept_id=322. or the new panisonic CQDF801U is $315 nad has 2 sets of5 Volt prouts for the front and 1 5 volt for sub excellent deck.

I have the pioneer premier dehp-930 it has 3 6.5 volt preouts

The pioneer DEH-6300 and 7300(630 and 730 on the preimer models) will put out 4.8volts of unclipped signal at full volume(62 out of 62, EQ set to "flat" position)

These are bench tested figures(got it from a car audio mag) that you can brag about to the other guys who are running a deck that claims 5 or 6volts that starts clipping at half volume.

4.8volts of unclipped signal at full volume is a very,very cool thing.

One pisser is that Pioneer has downgraded their preouts to 2volts on their new 2002 decks, like the new DEH-7400, so shop for the 2001 model 6300's and 7300's.

Absolutly cheapest 4 volt F/R/S preout would be the JVC Arsenal 8350

clarion dxz725 has 3 preouts..not sure if they're 4 volts but you can get them for 150 on ebay
