my 4hp was quieter than normal the other day after a competiion in e-town kentucky....on the way home after the deathmatch event, it just sounded a bit bland.......got home and looked over the sub, and realized that it had knocked itself out of the box and pinned itself sideways leaking air out the side of it.....whoops.

Yeah quad 1.1 coils. I didn't know I could wire it to .5 either until Thilo told me. I don't remember how to do it though. If I decide to do it I'll have to call him and I'll post up on how it works.I JUST WANT IT TO BE LOUDER!!! without turning it off for a week lol. Although that does work cuz I didn't have my car for 2 days last week and when I drove it again it seemed noticably louder, but only for about 2 songs.

You can't do 0.5, you can do ~0.3

O that's what Thilo said then. .3 but with the rise it gets to right around half an ohm. I dunno if I trust my amp to run very long like that though...

And I think I will check the voltage tomorrow, I guess some of the settings on the amp coulda been moved with all the violent shaking my car does haha
