the windows are frameless if I remember correctly......you can pull the window back and pull the lock open with a hook

use a wedge of wood or similar, as to not break the window or smash fingers...then bend a heavy gauge hanger to a hook and reach through the gap you created

Pull down a bit then out, they are frameless...

You should be able to get something in there to unlock
