I know you guys will like this one.. =]

And of that 1300 how much goes to paying the monthly bill?
what bill? all of it is plain profit.

You pay 1150 for yoru first 5,

then you pay 2150 for your 2nd 5 and you return them,

so your stuck with 5 iphones for $230 each. I sold them for $500 each. 2500 - 1150 = 1350 Profit.

hahaha thats a pretty good idea. but dont they catch on when you sign up. have ten phones and then you cancel them all.
nope, all of the workers at the apple stores around here already know whats up. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

your only cancelling 5 and your keeping the first 5 that you bought for $230 and you can do whatever you like with em. I was thinking about keeping one but why not sell it for $500 and go buy a used one for $300?

I could see doing this if they do not have your real name and address. Otherwise, please come back in a month and verify you still are not in collections.

Or something to that extent.

It's KINDA legal, but it's not. At all. If they catch on, you will go to jail. It's very likely. They will prosecute. Severely.

the whole point of upgrading is so you can keep the original 5 phones at $230, which then also disconnects them from At&t. Then you return the 5 "upgraded" phones that you paid full retail for that have the phone numbers attached to them and then discontinue the family plan.
