i just got in a car accident

im probably wrong, but if you get in an accident, then someone calls the police, then you leave

isent that leaving the scene of an accident?

i also have a feeling that the lady will say i hit her car while it was parked, when/if she files the police report.

i noticed that she had scratches on the doors of her car. and i know that it wasnt my fault. could she pin the door damages on me?

not really, a rear end collision should have nothing to do with any damage to the side of the vehicle. So the only possible way should try and say something like that is that you rear ended her and sent her car into or against a pole, or something stupid like that. No adjuster would believe that though
