i just got in a car accident

this dumb old lady was turning right and so was i. so when the light turns green she goes, and i start to accelerate (my car has fast acceleration), then all of sudden she just stops then bam, i couldnt stop in time so i rear ended her. we get out of the cars and look at the damage, all she got on her rear bumper were some scratches, and i also noticed some big scratches on the side of her car. and those side scratches didnt come from me. and my front bumper is pushed in towards the engine, and the side of it is off a little bit. so we get each others info and go on our way. just wondering what you guys think. is this her fault or mine. and she also said she was going to file a police report against me.

a few years ago i was driving down a 2 lane street, this guy passes me, cuts in front of me and then slams on his brakes. i hit the back of his car and he just drives away down the street and pulls into his driveway.

i called the cops and explained what happened, turns out the cop was his uncle so i ended up being at fault and he got nothing for leaving the scene.

all this because i screwed his fiance a week before, cost me a $500 deductible
