Yeah, but how much can you squat?
ohh **** man i dunno.. no more the 300 that's for sure...

I didn't play organized hockey, but played it on Cedar Lake with friends every winter when the lake froze over. Basically active all year round until I was introduced to abundance of alcohol and booty in college. If you keep up your appetite don't be surprised if it catches up with you lol.

Personally, I've found that a healthy amount of dairy helps me to lose weight, opposed to not taking any in at all. Kinda weird, but I can polish off about 2 gallon jugs of milk in a week and lose about 3-4 lbs in that same week.

A gallon and a half of milk every 2 days? Jesus. So 365x0.75~274 gallons of milk in a year x $3.29/gallon = $900.64 a year on milk! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif ****.

I'm 5'10" and weighed about 229 for the last year and a half... really let myself go. Started dieting and exercising on December 10th, and by the end of January I was down to 203. Currently still there... not sure why. I just hit a plateau I guess. I cut out all soda, fast food, etc from the beginning of my diet and have stuck with it. I am losing inches though still, despite my weight staying the same. I don't really do heavy lifting at the gym, so I'm not sure why I've plateau'd for a month, but oh well. Any health masters out there have any suggestions? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

what can I say I like milk and make a good enuff living to afford it.

I also have 2 kids that drink milk as well, so its more like 2-2.5 gallons every 2 days

I've plateau'd weight-wise, meaning I was at 203 around January 20th, losing about 26 lbs in less than a month and a half, and today, I still weigh 203, almost a month later. I haven't changed anything in the way I exercise or eat, so I am confused why it stopped all the sudden. I'm sure there is a reason, and I am no expert on health or exercise, so I could quite possibly be at a stage where I need to change up either my eating or exercise habits again, but I don't know exactly what those changes might be. I go to the gym just about every day, and spend about 30-35 minutes on the elliptical (started on the bike, then treadmill, now elliptical). I usually lift a little, but nothing regularly. So now that I have been going for a month with almost no results in terms of the progress I was seeing before with my weight loss, I am wondering if I need to do something different. My goal was to get to 180, then start to 'cut up.' I may be going about it wrong though. But the fact that I dropped a quick 26 lbs and have kept it off tells me I'm doing something right at least...

Fuck that, I can't afford a gallon a day.
**** that ****'s i dunno what i would do.. i think i would die...

lol when I was like ummmm 5'6.. You sure seem taller than 5'6 in person
yea like i said it's been awhile since i messured myself.. i thought i was short??!!

Milk is $5 a gallon here...
daym!! i got a VIP milk card haha at the local store... takes a $1 off!!! gotta love it!!

charelston chew's and milk!!!! two things i would kill for if it came down to it!

its amazing what cutting stuff like soda heavily sugared juices can do for your health. I like to keep myself perdy healthy, workout and whatnot. I was sitting right around 200-205lb's with 15% body fat, and after working out 5 days a week with no soda, no heavily artificialed sugar drinks or food and whatnot, im down to 192-4 (not much lower), but more around 10% body fat.

soda FTL
