dud i couldent bench shit in high scool.. i was suppriesed i got the bar up... but i have yet to be deffieted in arm wrestleing????? i had one guy beat me one time.. after his 4th atempt and me haveing a bruised elbo...I have a buddy who benches that...needless to say were not workout buddies
i drink about a gallon a day!!!Personally, I've found that a healthy amount of dairy helps me to lose weight, opposed to not taking any in at all. Kinda weird, but I can polish off about 2 gallon jugs of milk in a week and lose about 3-4 lbs in that same week.
