No settings on the amp are going to make it randomly cut in and out, unless you have the gain and bass boost too high and it's clipping. Might just be a bad connection in the amp itself.

Maybe check the voltage of your remote wire with music playing? The voltage dipping could also turn the amp on/off and would be an easy fix.

well i didnt notice any voltage dip while it was on.....im gonna meet up with a guy today and see wat he thinks about it.
