I know you aren't, and he isn't either. I was jk. I just think pioneer is sh!t and using the walmart joke made my point. Have you looked at the frame/basket of a new pioneer sub or heard one? The basket looks like cheap crap and they have a huge peak. Its like your listening to music without a sub and that all the sudden boom, its there and sounds like azz. Kicker is better and that's not saying much cuz kicker is known as an spl driver with not great sq.

Ok, I've narrowed it down to 2 subs:

incriminator audio 187

re sr 10

Which of these subs do you guys think will peform better off 400rms (mtx 3002 @ 4 ohms)

The box will hopefully be 0.8 ft^3 (sealed for the 187, hopefully ported for the sr, if not it'll be 0.5 sealed)

I've been eying those SR's on ebay, but I haven't found a single post of somebody running them, or comparing them to another sub, so idk. And I've enver heard of the other sub. Sorry I'm not much more help. If you get the SR though, let us know how it sounds??

yeah i'm going to try and find one for ~$80 shipped on ebay. The 187's look nice though. I wish someone could give me some insight!!!!

I had almost the exact same delima that you do about a sub under the rear seat. I have a 2000 GMC ext cab with about 300 watts bridged to a 4ohm load. I ended up going with the single e8 in a sealed box. It will suprise you for a little 8" sub, but not overpowering. I was looking at 10" subs within that price range too. I am considering the RE SR or the ED 11 kv.2 for a small sealed box to see if better than an e8.

I would have done 2 e8's sealed but I can't find any for sale. The re sr is really looking good right now, but if ia emails me back about a price, things could swing lol
