Idiots. I have a school-issued handicapped sticker on my car, not 2 feet from where they put the ticket under my windshield wiper. I want to find the frickin meter maid and gimp up to him and ask if he can see my crutches, because he obviously can't see my parking pass.

yeah the parking people here are d!cks. I've gotten tickets when im totally legal. I've also gotten a ticket 23 seconds after my meter ran out, and i got to my car right around a minute after it ran out.

I received a citation for parking in a handicapped spot. However, I have a school-issued handicap parking pass that is good until March 1, 2008. I am on crutches because I had knee surgery a couple weeks ago.

Please remove the fine.

Dude, you're freakin lucky. Around here, parking in a handicap spot without a permit is $250. I know because I accidentally forgot to put mine up once. Luckily, I got it appealed no problem.

I am sure you will get out of it. Just sucks people are so blantly blind. I would appeal it and tell them your meter maids need to either get glasses or find another job!
