No stress makes for a boring life man....one day you'll understand a little stress is healthy, this shiz isn't it's truely soul draining. Not saying it's the worst job in the world, just saying I'd prefer to be working hard using my body and mind, I use neither here, its like watching TV all day everyday do it for 8 hrs all day every day and see how empty you start feeling while doing it. I feel a lot more alive being tired/exhausted physically.

try working your *** off for a 14 hr shift in a 60 story building that they shut the a/c cause office people like you think they are better than us... office people make me sick they think their **** doesnt stink.. you all think you make so much more money than people that do phsyical labor too cause you went to a tech school for a year probably lol... self-entitlement out the *** in every office building ive ever worked at to the point its disgustin...

lol you think i dont make any money doing what i do chief? i own my own union flooring company in a large union city bro.. i do fine..probably better than you from what your job obviously involves... you come do my job i would love to see it ... i love watchin people walk off office jobs and come onto a site.. we had an accountant from mellon bank try for a few days..was pretty funny.

You don't know how to read do you, I've done what you do. I prefer it, and yeah it's hard work I happen to like hard work. I'm not somebody thats sat in a chair my entire life and dream of some manual labor job I know its hard work and ***** like every other job, but at least you feel alive.

I think the problem started with the generation born into the hippy movment. They had kids (us) and let them think they could do what ever they wanted in life, which is simply not true. Now they feel like they deserve it for some reason.

Now you're just being ignorant and stereotyping. You don't know the first thing about me, and yes you probally make more money than me I did not know what you did you didn't say the first post. I only make 60k a year, currently trying to get a tech job which would be more like 100k a year with overtime. I'd do it for 50k a year just because it's a better job than this.

my dad does our estimating we've been in business about 8 years now.. he had to get off the floor his back started going so i run the crew he estimates the jobs.. so far so good tho.. hes been in the business 38 years so hes pretty good.. obviously you have some clue what my job takes ..flooring is no joke of a job..it pays well tho ....

You're right. 6 figures isn't shit. i don't owe anything bro. I worked full time to put myself through college. I put in the effort instead of hanging out with my low life friends that went no where and ended up tracking down a union job because they needed the security and protection from competition found in the real world.

P.S. I just typed that in my office with the AC on.
