If your lawyer is a real lawyer that has more than 1 year experience he will prove your side.

well I haven't seen any in court action myself from him... He was just with me to plead not guilty, but I hear he is a top lawyer around, maybe I really have nothing to worry about.. hopefully.

I don't believe that they changed something with their VM service that deleted EVERYONES messages.

It actually says on their website they changed their VM service around 2 months ago, but was giving temporary access to our old accounts. Didn't specify how long, and the new service is even a new number you must dial to listen to your messages. We used to call a 7 digit number and it would take us to our VM services, now we dial a 10 digit number and it takes us to a new VM service... and I tested my new VM and it works fine, but does not have my old messages. Complete crap the company would do that and I didn't recieve any notice, but maybe they did send it in 1 of those ads we never think is worth reading :\

It also says somewheres on their FAQ section of their site about it. Someone has already asked about it. I also called the support number myself... it's a toll free tech support number

If you were canadian this would be a joke because canadas legal system is VERY VERY lenient and easy to work around your lawyer will definately have no problem getting you off or even if they did find you guilty u wouldn't suffer at all... basically no punishment...

in canada you gotta worry about the cops becuase they are lying, angry, dykes..

If you were canadian this would be a joke because canadians legal system is VERY VERY leniant and easy to work around your lawyer will definately have no problem getting you offer or even if they did find you guilty u wouldn't suffer at all... basically no punishment...

I'm starting to feel there's is nothing else I can do to prepare for this or prove this... I guess I should just feel confident the way I am.... Kinda sucks tho, I felt 100% more confident with those messages... Welll, if I'm not back for 60 days.... you know where I am lol

Why would your lawyer keep the messages on yer cell phone?

are you really this stupid? why didn't you record them from yer VM?

My voicemails are deleted without an option to save them... nextel... go figure... after a certain period i they are deleted. I would have transfered them to something i wouldn't have to worry about... but why would you fault somebody for not saving a message they thought was safe. that's easy to say after the fact. Let's say the incriminating evidence was a knife... and he stored it in a drawer. He tells somebody not to throw it away... and they come back and throw it away anyways... Then what are you going to say... "dude why didn't you put it in a safe... I would have put it in a safe" Hind-site arguments are always easy to say.

Why are you asking a bunch of kids on a website mainly geared for audio(granted its the OT section) about this instead of your attorney?

How many times in a week are we gonna get this same "I need legal advice" BS? If you have a legal question and for some odd reason don't have or don't want to talk to your attorney then try a website geared toward law.
