well I haven't seen any in court action myself from him... He was just with me to plead not guilty, but I hear he is a top lawyer around, maybe I really have nothing to worry about.. hopefully.

It actually says on their website they changed their VM service around 2 months ago, but was giving temporary access to our old accounts. Didn't specify how long, and the new service is even a new number you must dial to listen to your messages. We used to call a 7 digit number and it would take us to our VM services, now we dial a 10 digit number and it takes us to a new VM service... and I tested my new VM and it works fine, but does not have my old messages. Complete crap the company would do that and I didn't recieve any notice, but maybe they did send it in 1 of those ads we never think is worth reading :\
It also says somewheres on their FAQ section of their site about it. Someone has already asked about it. I also called the support number myself... it's a toll free tech support number
